This bin is manufactured from glass fibre composite (GFC), which is ideally suited for street furniture due to its strength and durability. It's completely unaffected by extreme weather conditions and salt water, allowing it to be placed in coastal or roadside locations and remain intact for years. The advantages of GFC include high impact strength and substantial fire protection, conforming to BS 476 Part 7 and Part 6 with a fire rating of Class 1/0. GFC also has a low carbon footprint due to the longevity of the product.
